Emergency Liver Transplantation for "Fulminant Hepatic Failure" under 'Super Urgent Category' as Life saving procedure done at Osmania

We did emergency Liver transplantation for a 17 yr girl child admitted at Osmania with Acute Fulminant liver failure with jaundice (s bilirubin 20mg) coagulopathy(PT/inr 11), severe lactic acidosis,grade 4 hepatic encephalopathy (intubated on ventilator).

She is studying B tech first year, having single parent (only mother) and very poor back ground. No other fit family donor in their family. So we did DDLT under Super urgent category as life saving procedure sir. Patient is stable at present.
